Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), storerules.com adresindeki web sitesi ve uygulamanın ("StoreRules" veya "Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmet'i kullanarak veya hesap oluşturarak bu Şartlar'ı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmayın. Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

1. Hizmet'in tanımı

StoreRules; Apple App Store ve Google Play kurallarını (App Review Guidelines, Apple Developer Program License Agreement, Google Play Developer Program Policies, Developer Distribution Agreement ve ilgili yardım sayfaları) madde madde sunan, bu maddelere ilişkin özetler, gayriresmi çeviriler, değişiklik geçmişi ve soru-cevap ("Sor") gibi araçlar sağlayan bir bilgi hizmetidir.

Hizmet şu anda ücretsizdir ve erken erişim aşamasındadır. Özellikler, günlük kullanım sınırları ve erişim seviyeleri (misafir, üye) değişebilir.

2. Apple ve Google ile bağlantı yoktur

StoreRules bağımsız bir hizmettir; Apple Inc. veya Google LLC ile bağlantılı değildir, bu şirketler tarafından onaylanmamış, desteklenmemiş veya sponsor edilmemiştir. "Apple", "App Store", "Google" ve "Google Play" ilgili şirketlerin ticari markalarıdır ve yalnızca kuralların kaynağını belirtmek için anılır.

3. Bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; tavsiye veya garanti değildir

• Hizmet'teki içerikler yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Hukuki, ticari veya profesyonel tavsiye değildir.
• Bağlayıcı olan, her zaman Apple'ın ve Google'ın kendi sitelerinde yayımladığı resmi İngilizce metindir. Bir çelişki olduğunda resmi metin esas alınır.
• Özetler, Türkçe ve diğer dillerdeki çeviriler ile "Sor" cevapları yapay zekâ ile üretilir. Doğrulama adımları uygulasak da hata, eksik veya güncel olmayan bilgi içerebilir. Çeviriler gayriresmidir.
• Kaynaklar düzenli olarak kontrol edilse de Apple veya Google bir kuralı değiştirdiğinde Hizmet'e yansıması gecikebilir.
• StoreRules, bir uygulamanın veya güncellemenin onaylanacağını, bir hesabın kapatılmayacağını ya da bir itirazın kabul edileceğini garanti etmez. İnceleme kararları yalnızca Apple ve Google'a aittir.

4. Hesap

• Hesap oluşturmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız.
• Google, Apple veya e-posta ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. Giriş araçlarınızın (e-posta hesabınız dahil) güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Hesabım sayfasından silebilirsiniz.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmet'i kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Hizmet'teki içeriği otomatik araçlarla (bot, scraper, crawler vb.) toplu olarak indirmek, kopyalamak veya yeniden yayımlamak;
• kullanım sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak (ör. çok sayıda hesap açmak, misafir kimliğini sıfırlamak, otomatik istek göndermek);
• Hizmet'in güvenliğini test etmek, sınamak, ters mühendislik yapmak veya işleyişini bozmak (izin alınmış güvenlik bildirimleri hariç; bkz. Bölüm 11);
• Hizmet'i, uygulama inceleme süreçlerini aldatmak, gizli veya yanıltıcı uygulama işlevleri geliştirmek ya da mağaza kurallarını dolanmak amacıyla kullanmak;
• başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya başkasının hesabını kullanmak;
• soru ve geri bildirim alanlarına hukuka aykırı, zararlı veya başkalarının kişisel verilerini içeren içerik yazmak.

Bu kurallara aykırılık hâlinde erişiminizi kısıtlayabilir, askıya alabilir veya hesabınızı kapatabiliriz.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

• Apple ve Google kurallarının metinleri ilgili şirketlere aittir. Bu metinler Hizmet'te bilgilendirme ve kaynak gösterme amacıyla, resmi kaynağa bağlantı verilerek sunulur. Bu metinlerin çoğaltılması ve dağıtılması ilgili şirketlerin koşullarına tabidir.
• Hizmet'in yazılımı, tasarımı, düzeni, madde yapılandırması, özetler, çeviriler, terim sözlüğü, değişiklik analizleri ve diğer özgün içerikler StoreRules'a aittir.
• Size, Hizmet'i bu Şartlar'a uygun şekilde kişisel veya kendi işiniz için kullanmanız amacıyla münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı tanınır. Bu hak, içeriğin toplu olarak kopyalanmasını veya başka bir hizmette yeniden yayımlanmasını kapsamaz.

7. Geri bildirimleriniz

Hizmet'e gönderdiğiniz oy, hata raporu ve önerileri, Hizmet'i geliştirmek (ör. özet ve çevirileri düzeltmek) için ücretsiz ve süresiz olarak kullanabiliriz. Geri bildirimlerinize kişisel veri veya gizli bilgi yazmayın.

8. Ücretli planlar

Hizmet şu anda ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli planlar sunulursa fiyatlar ve koşullar, satın alma öncesinde ayrıca açıkça bildirilir. Ücretsiz özellikler önceden bildirilerek değiştirilebilir.

9. Hizmet'te değişiklik ve sonlandırma

Hizmet'i veya herhangi bir özelliğini değiştirebilir, geçici olarak durdurabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmet'in sonlandırılması hâlinde, makul bir süre önceden bildirimde bulunmaya ve verilerinizi indirmenize imkân tanımaya çalışırız.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde:

• Hizmet'in kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair açık ya da örtülü bir garanti vermeyiz;
• Hizmet'teki içeriğe dayanılarak alınan kararlardan (ör. bir uygulamanın reddedilmesi, kaldırılması veya bir hesabın kapatılması) ve bunlardan doğan dolaylı zararlardan, kâr veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz.

Bu bölüm, kast veya ağır kusurdan doğan sorumluluğu ya da tüketici sıfatıyla sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

11. Güvenlik bildirimleri

Bir güvenlik açığı fark ederseniz lütfen support@storerules.com adresine bildirin. İyi niyetle ve kullanıcı verilerine zarar vermeden yapılan bildirimleri memnuniyetle karşılarız.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

StoreRules şu anda bireysel olarak işletilmektedir. Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkemeye ilişkin hükümler, işletmecinin tüzel kişilik kazanmasıyla birlikte bu Şartlar'a eklenecektir. Her durumda, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan emredici hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

13. Şartlarda değişiklik

Bu Şartlar'ı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikleri üyelere e-posta ile veya Hizmet içinde, yürürlüğe girmeden makul bir süre önce bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the website and application at storerules.com ("StoreRules" or the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account you accept these Terms; if you do not, do not use the Service. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. If the two language versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The Service

StoreRules is an information service that presents the Apple App Store and Google Play rules (App Review Guidelines, Apple Developer Program License Agreement, Google Play Developer Program Policies, Developer Distribution Agreement and related help pages) clause by clause, with summaries, unofficial translations, change history and a question-answering tool ("Ask").

The Service is currently free and in early access. Features, daily usage limits and access levels (guest, member) may change.

2. No affiliation with Apple or Google

StoreRules is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, supported or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. "Apple", "App Store", "Google" and "Google Play" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the source of the rules.

3. Information only; no advice or guarantee

• Content on the Service is general information only. It is not legal, business or professional advice.
• The binding text is always the official English text published by Apple and Google on their own sites. In case of conflict, the official text prevails.
• Summaries, translations and "Ask" answers are generated with AI. Despite verification steps, they may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Translations are unofficial.
• Sources are checked regularly, but changes by Apple or Google may reach the Service with a delay.
• StoreRules does not guarantee that any app or update will be approved, that any account will not be terminated, or that any appeal will succeed. Review decisions belong solely to Apple and Google.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• You can sign in with Google, Apple or email. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in methods, including your email account.
• You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• download, copy or republish content in bulk using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, etc.);
• try to get around usage limits (for example by creating many accounts, resetting the guest ID or sending automated requests);
• probe, test, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, except for authorised security reports (see Section 11);
• use the Service to deceive app review processes, build hidden or misleading app functionality, or circumvent store rules;
• impersonate anyone or use another person's account;
• submit unlawful or harmful content, or other people's personal data, in questions or feedback.

If you break these rules we may restrict or suspend your access or close your account.

6. Intellectual property

• The texts of the Apple and Google rules belong to their respective owners. They are shown on the Service for information and reference, with links to the official sources. Reproducing and distributing those texts is subject to the owners' terms.
• The Service's software, design, structure, clause organisation, summaries, translations, glossary, change analyses and other original content belong to StoreRules.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms for your personal use or your own business. This does not include bulk copying content or republishing it in another service.

7. Your feedback

We may use votes, error reports and suggestions you submit free of charge and without time limit to improve the Service, for example to correct summaries and translations. Do not include personal data or confidential information in feedback.

8. Paid plans

The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be stated clearly before purchase. Free features may change with prior notice.

9. Changes to and termination of the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature. If we discontinue the Service, we will try to give reasonable notice and let you download your data.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we give no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose;
• we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the Service's content (for example an app's rejection or removal, or an account's termination), or for any indirect damage or loss of profit or data arising from them.

This section does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Security reports

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to support@storerules.com. We welcome reports made in good faith and without harming user data.

12. Governing law

StoreRules is currently operated by an individual. Provisions on governing law and jurisdiction will be added to these Terms when the operator becomes a legal entity. In all cases, mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. We notify members of material changes by email or within the Service a reasonable time before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
